Learn How To Strum Acoustic Guitar Lessons for Beginners

When i was start to learn the guitar i just play songs without knowing any strumming patterns.There for when i got a new song, i had to find out the correct strum pattern which match with that song.Sometimes it seems to be bit difficult for some songs.Finally i realize that if i would know some set of basic predefined(like in this video) strum patterns i could try out those patterns with the new song without inventing new patterns(:P).
This video help us to learn a basic strum pattern which is absolutely suitable for beginners.You can try out this pattern with some songs you know.
Actually we do not want to learn a new strum pattern for each an every song we play.Basically, 6 different strumming patterns may enough to play more than 1000 of songs.
